This page explains how the platform works, how to create an account, publish advertisements, communicate with other users, and manage your listings.

 


1.Account Registration on EuroBas.com

Creating an account on EuroBas.com allows you to access all platform features, including posting advertisements, sending messages, making offers, and managing your listings.

You can browse the platform without registering. However, to interact with sellers or publish an advertisement, you must create an account.

Creating an account on  eurobas.com enables you to access all platform features, including posting advertisements, sending messages, making offers, and managing your listings.

While browsing listings is available to all visitors, registration is required to interact with the platform.

How Registration Works

To create an account:

Click on Register.

You will be redirected to the registration page.

Step 1: Choose Account Type

You must first select your account type:

Personal Account

Business Account

Both account types provide identical functionality.

The only difference is how your profile is displayed publicly on listings and profile pages.

Step 2: Enter Account Information (Email Registration)

If you choose to register using email, you must complete the following fields:

Profile Name

(This is the name that will be visible to other users on the platform.)

Email Address

Password

Must be at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

Confirm Password

You must also:

Accept the Terms and Conditions

After completing these fields and confirming, your account will be created.

 You can also  sign in quickly using your existing accounts with:

Facebook

Google

Apple

When using social login:

Your account is created using your selected provider.

You will still be required to complete your profile information after registration.

Profile Completion (Required)

In both registration methods (Email or Social Login), you must complete your profile before accessing full platform features.

Required profile information may include:

Phone number

Address details

Additional personal or business information

Completing your profile ensures that:

You can publish listings

Other users can contact you

Your account remains fully functional

Important Notes

Registration is free of charge.

Your profile name is publicly visible.

You may update your profile information at any time from your dashboard.

You may delete your account if needed.

2. Posting an Advertisement on EuroBas.com

Publishing an advertisement on EuroBas.com is simple, structured, and free of charge.

All standard listings are published immediately. Promotional features are optional and may require payment.

Step 1: Access the Ad Submission Page

To post a listing:

1.Log into your account.

2.From the homepage, click the “Post Your Ad” button located at the top of the page.

3.You will be redirected to the advertisement submission form.

Step 2: Enter Basic Listing Information

You must begin by entering:

Title of the advertisement

Category selection

Available categories include:

Cars - Trucks- Classic Cars- Supercars- Motorcycles- Buses- Spare Parts- Real Estate  Agricultural Machinery- Heavy Equipment- Bicycles

Industrial Machines- Ships and Yachts- Furniture- Caravans- Motorhomes- Home Appliances- Home & Garden- Vehicle Accessories- Electronics 

After selecting the category, additional fields will appear depending on the selected type.

You may be required to provide:

Brand

Model

Technical specifications

Condition details

Other category-specific attributes

You must also enter a detailed description of your item.

All required fields must be completed before proceeding.

Step 3: Upload Images

You can upload multiple images for your listing.

Clear, high-quality images are strongly recommended, as they increase visibility and buyer trust.

Step 4: Select Pricing Type

You must choose one of the following pricing options:

Asking Price

Make an Offer

Free

Then select your preferred currency:

EUR

USD

GBP

Offer Settings

If you select:

An additional option will appear:

Allow Offers?

If enabled, you may set a minimum acceptable offer amount.

This gives you full control over whether buyers can submit offers and the minimum price you are willing to consider.

Step 5: Contact Information Settings

You have full control over which contact details are displayed on your listing.

You may choose to:

Display your email address

Display your phone number

Enable WhatsApp availability

These options can be activated or deactivated individually.

Phone Number Requirement

You are required to enter your phone number.

You must:

Select your country code

Enter your phone number

Country flags and international dialing codes are available for selection.

Step 6: Location Information

You must provide accurate location details for your listing.

Required information:

Country

City

You can set your location by:

Selecting it manually on the interactive map

Using the “Find My Location” feature

The selected location will be displayed on your listing page.

Promotional Features (Optional)

All standard listings are free.

However, you may choose to enhance visibility using optional promotional features, such as:

Top Ad Placement

Urgent Sale Badge

Promotional Video

If you select any promotional option, you will be redirected to the secure payment page.

Payment Process

You can complete your payment using:

PayPal

Credit or Debit Card

Apple Pay

Google Pay

Bank-based payment methods (where supported)

All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

After Successful Payment

Your selected promotional feature is activated immediately.

Your listing is automatically updated.

There is no waiting or manual approval process.

If a promotional feature is set as free by the platform, it will activate instantly without requiring payment.

Final Step: Publish Your Listing

If you do not select any promotional features:

Your advertisement is published immediately at no cost.

No waiting period

Your listing becomes visible to all users instantly.

3.Paid Ads and Optional Services.

The platform provides a variety of optional paid advertising services designed to maximize ad visibility and improve reach to potential customers:

Your ad will be visually emphasized within search results, making it easier for users to find.

Add a professional promotional video to present your product, service, or business in a more engaging and informative way.

✅ 🚨 Urgent Sale Sticker
Apply an “Urgent Sale” badge to highlight time-sensitive offers and encourage faster user action.

✅ 🖼️ Promotional Banner
Create and upload a custom promotional banner (image) representing your company, services, or business.

The banner may be displayed on the platform’s homepage in accordance with the platform’s advertising guidelines.

✔️ All listed services are completely optional and are not required to use the platform or publish advertisements.

Users are not entitled to a refund for any paid service, as they are considered fulfilled upon payment.

 

4.User Profile Management

The user profile on EuroBas allows each member to manage their public presence on the platform and control how their information appears to other users.

The profile helps buyers and sellers learn more about each other, view active listings, and communicate more easily.

Users have full control over the information displayed on their profile.


Profile Name

Each user must choose a Profile Name.

This is the name that will appear publicly across the platform, including:

  • Advertisements

  • Messages

  • Public profile page

The profile name can represent:

  • A personal name

  • A company name

  • A brand name

  • A business or trading name

Users are free to choose the name that best represents their activity on the platform.


Bio (Profile Description)

The Bio section allows users to introduce themselves to other members.

In this section, users can write a short description about:

  • Their business or company

  • Their professional activity

  • The type of products or services they offer

  • Any additional information they want other users to know

This helps build trust and provides more context about the seller.


Contact Information

Users can add contact details to their profile to make communication easier.

Available contact fields include:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

Each contact method includes a visibility option that allows the user to decide whether the information should appear publicly on their profile.

Email Visibility Option

Users can enable or disable the following option:

Show email address on profile

If enabled, visitors to the profile will be able to see the email address.

If disabled, the email will remain private.


Phone Number Visibility Option

Users can also control the visibility of their phone number.

Show phone number in profile

If enabled, the phone number will be displayed on the profile page.

If disabled, the phone number will remain hidden from other users.


Native Language

Users can select their Native Language from a dropdown list.

This feature helps improve communication between buyers and sellers from different countries.

The platform may use this information to support multilingual communication between users.

For example:

  • If both users share the same native language, the system may send notifications in that language.

  • If users have different languages, the system may use English as the default communication language.

This helps ensure smoother international communication on the platform.


Profile Images

Users can personalize their profile by adding visual elements.

Available profile images include:

Profile Picture

A small profile image that represents the user.

This image appears:

  • On the user profile

  • Next to advertisements

  • In messaging areas

Cover Image

Users can also upload a cover image that appears at the top of their profile page.

This allows businesses or individuals to visually represent their brand or activity.


Location Information

Users can also add location information to their profile.

This may include:

  • Country

  • City

  • Address details

The profile includes a visibility option allowing the user to control whether this information is shown publicly.

Show location data on profile

If enabled, visitors to the profile will see the user's location information.

If disabled, the location will remain private.


Public Profile Page

Each user has a public profile page that other users can access.

This page becomes visible when someone clicks on the seller’s profile name from an advertisement.

The public profile page allows visitors to see:

  • Profile name

  • Bio description

  • Contact information (if enabled)

  • Profile and cover images

  • Location (if enabled)

  • Total number of advertisements

  • Categories the seller is active in

This helps buyers quickly understand the seller’s activity and credibility.

 

5.User Dashboard (Account Control Panel)

Every registered user on EuroBas has access to a personal dashboard where they can manage their account, advertisements, communications, and promotional activities.

The dashboard provides a central place where users can control all their activity on the platform.

Main sections of the dashboard include:

  • My Profile

  • My Ads

  • Favorites

  • My Banners

  • Promotions

  • Inbox

  • Support Tickets

  • Delete My Account

Each section provides specific tools that allow users to manage their activity efficiently.


My Profile

The My Profile section allows users to manage and update their personal or business information.

From this section, users can:

  • Edit their profile name

  • Update their bio description

  • Change contact information

  • Upload profile and cover images

  • Manage visibility settings for contact details

  • Select their native language

  • Update location information

All changes made in this section will automatically update the user's public profile.


My Ads

The My Ads section displays all advertisements created by the user.

From this section, users can:

  • View all active advertisements

  • Edit existing listings

  • Update listing information

  • Add promotional features to existing ads

  • Mark items as sold

  • Delete advertisements

Users can also track how many advertisements they have published and manage them easily from one place.


Favorites

The Favorites section allows users to save advertisements they are interested in.

When browsing listings, users can click the Favorite icon on any advertisement to add it to their favorites list.

This allows users to:

  • Easily return to listings they like

  • Compare different items

  • Keep track of potential purchases

Favorites can be removed at any time.


My Banners

The My Banners section allows users to manage promotional banners they have created for advertising purposes.

Users can:

  • Upload promotional banner images

  • Select the category where the banner should appear

  • Choose an advertisement to link to (optional)

If a linked advertisement is selected, users who click the banner will be redirected directly to that listing.

This feature allows businesses to promote their services, products, or specific listings across the platform.


Promotions

The Promotions section allows users to manage promotional upgrades for their advertisements.

Available promotional options may include:

  • Top Ad Placement – Displays the advertisement at the top of listing pages

  • Urgent Sale Badge – Highlights listings marked as urgent

  • Promotional Video – Allows a video to be attached to an advertisement

  • Promotional Banner – Advertise using banner placement on the platform

Users can activate promotions either when creating an advertisement or later through their dashboard.

If a promotion requires payment, users will be redirected to the secure payment page.

Once payment is completed, the promotional feature becomes active immediately.


6.Making an Offer to a Seller

Some advertisements allow buyers to submit offers directly through the platform.

This option is available when the seller selects:

  • Asking Price

  • Make an Offer

On the advertisement page, users will see an Offer Submission Box.

To submit an offer:

  1. Enter the offer amount.

  2. Submit the offer to the seller.

The seller will receive a message notification about the offer.

The system automatically includes:

  • The advertisement title

  • The offer amount

  • The user who submitted the offer

Offer Visibility

On some listings, users may also see:

  • The number of offers received

  • The most recent offers

Typically, the latest 3–4 offers may be displayed to show current buyer interest.


7.Contacting the Seller

Users can contact sellers in several ways depending on the contact options enabled by the seller.

Available contact methods may include:

Messaging via the Platform

Users can send a direct message through the platform’s messaging system.

This is the most common and secure communication method.


Phone Contact

If the seller has enabled phone visibility, the phone number will appear on the advertisement page.

Users can then contact the seller directly by phone.


WhatsApp Contact

If the seller has enabled WhatsApp availability, the phone number may also be used for WhatsApp communication.

This allows fast communication between buyers and sellers.


Email Contact

If the seller has enabled email visibility, the email address will appear on the listing page and users may contact the seller directly via email.


Support Tickets

Users can contact the platform support team through the Support Ticket system.

This allows users to report issues or request assistance regarding:

  • Advertisements

  • Account issues

  • Technical problems

  • Policy violations

Support tickets are handled by the platform administration team.


Delete My Account

Users have the option to permanently delete their account.

When a user chooses Delete My Account:

  • Their account will be permanently removed

  • All associated advertisements may be removed

  • Profile information will be deleted from the platform

This action cannot be undone once confirmed.


Browsing and Searching for Advertisements

Users can explore listings on the platform without creating an account.

Anyone visiting EuroBas can browse advertisements, view product details, and search across different categories.

However, actions such as contacting sellers, sending messages, or submitting offers require a registered account.


Homepage Listings

On the homepage, users can see a variety of advertisements from different categories.

Each advertisement preview typically displays:

  • Listing title

  • Main image

  • Price or pricing type

  • Category

  • Seller information

  • Country flag representing the listing location

The country flag appears on each listing to indicate the country where the advertisement was posted.

This helps users quickly identify the location of the seller.


Search and Filter System

To help users find exactly what they are looking for, the platform provides a powerful filtering system.

Users can filter listings using several criteria such as:

  • Category

  • Brand

  • Model

  • Year

  • Price range

  • Country

Users can search across:

  • All European countries

  • A specific country

  • A specific category


Dynamic Category Filters

The filtering options automatically adjust depending on the selected category.

For example:

If a user selects vehicles, additional filters may include:

  • Brand

  • Model

  • Condition

  • Transmission

  • Body type

  • Year

If the user selects real estate, the filters may change to include:

  • Property type

  • Size

  • Number of rooms

  • Location details

This dynamic filtering system ensures users only see relevant options for the category they are browsing.


Search by Distance

Users can also search for listings based on geographical distance.

The Search by Distance feature allows users to define a search area by selecting:

  • Country

  • City

  • Distance radius

For example:

Users may search for listings within 50 km, 100 km, or another selected radius from a specific city.

This feature helps users find items located near them.


Advertisement Page Overview

Each listing on EuroBas has a dedicated advertisement page that displays all information related to the item being offered.

This page allows buyers to view the complete details of the product and contact the seller.


Advertisement Details

The advertisement page displays key information including:

  • Advertisement title

  • Listing date

  • Category

  • Price or pricing type

  • Item specifications

  • Full description

  • Image gallery

All details entered by the seller during the listing process are displayed here.

These may include:

  • Brand

  • Model

  • Condition

  • Technical features

  • Other category-specific attributes


Location and Map

Each advertisement includes location information provided by the seller.

This typically includes:

  • Country

  • City

A map is displayed on the advertisement page showing the approximate location of the listing.

The system may also show the distance between the buyer and the seller, depending on available location data.

This helps users understand where the item is located geographically.


Seller Information

The advertisement page also displays information about the seller.

Users can see:

  • Seller profile name

  • Profile image (if available)

  • Account type (Personal or Business)

When users click on the seller’s profile, they are redirected to the seller’s public profile page.

From there, they can view:

  • All advertisements posted by that seller

  • Seller profile information

  • Seller activity categories


Communication Options

The advertisement page provides several ways for buyers to contact the seller.

Depending on the seller’s settings, available options may include:

  • Send a message through the platform

  • Call the seller via phone

  • Contact the seller through WhatsApp

  • Send an email

Buyers can choose the most convenient method to communicate.


Submitting Offers

If the seller has enabled offers, users can submit an offer directly from the advertisement page.

An offer submission form will appear where users can:

  • Enter their proposed price

  • Send the offer to the seller

The seller receives the offer through the platform messaging system.

The system automatically includes the advertisement title so the seller knows which listing the offer refers to.


Offer Visibility

Some advertisements may show offer activity.

Users may see:

  • Whether offers have been submitted

  • The most recent offers made on the listing

Typically, the platform may display the latest three to four offers to show current buyer interest.


Advertisement Action Buttons

Each advertisement also includes quick action buttons that allow users to interact with the listing.

These typically include:

Favorite

Users can save the advertisement to their Favorites list for later viewing.


Share

Users can share the listing with others through external platforms or messaging services.


Report This Ad

If users believe an advertisement violates platform policies, they can use the Report This Ad feature.

Reports may be submitted for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect information

  • Fraudulent listings

  • Policy violations

The platform administration team reviews reported advertisements and may take appropriate action if necessary.


 Contacting the Platform

Users can contact the platform administration at any time through the Contact page.

If a user needs assistance, has a question, or wants to report an issue, they can send a message directly to the platform team.

To contact the platform:

Click on the Contact link located in the footer of the website.

Open the contact form.

Enter the required information.

The contact form typically includes:

Name

Email address

Subject

Message

After completing the form, the user can submit the message.

Once the message is sent, it will be delivered directly to the platform administration via email.

The support team will review the message and respond to the user as soon as possible.

Multi-Language Platform

The platform is designed for international users and supports 31 different languages.

This allows buyers and sellers from different countries to easily browse listings, communicate, and use all platform features in their preferred language.

Users can select their preferred language from the language menu available on the website.
